Collection: 🪴☀️Slow Life Pottery Spring Shop Drop!!🪴☀️Sunday, May 18th, 2025

I’m sooooo excited to announce that my Spring 2025 Collection will be released this Sunday, May 18th at 12pm noon, central time on my website: slowlifepottery.com. I wanted to get you the details first so that you can plan ahead if you are interested in snagging any pieces.

Here are the details about the drop:

🪴☀️The online store will open at 12pm noon, central time on Sunday 5/18. It will be open for 24 hours or while supplies last, closing at 12pm noon, Monday 5/19.

🪴☀️I will post a preview of items on my website this week before the store opens and announce that preview on Instagram so you can do some window shopping first. I plan to pause everything at 11:30am on the day of the sale (5/18) to get ready to go live (the preview will disappear), and then I will open the virtual doors promptly at 12.

🪴☀️I’ve had a bunch of inquiries, so I would recommend getting online at exactly 12pm on the 18th and checking out quickly if you have your eye on something special (it could also be that nothing sells and I have a lot of pots for later 🤷🏼😆). Putting an item in your cart does not hold it for you - only checking out will ensure that it’s yours.

🪴☀️For some designs, you will see multiple pieces that are available with that design (for example, there are 4 of most mug designs). Each piece is sold individually, but you are welcome to buy multiples/sets too. I will indicate how many of each piece will be available in the product description so you can plan ahead.

🪴☀️I will try to get shipments out by Wednesday the 21st so that packages get to you quickly! Everything will ship through USPS, and you can choose either ground advantage (less $, slower) or priority mail (more $, faster). Local pick up is also available for anyone in Nashville who wants to save shipping costs.

Questions, comments, concerns??

This is a very special batch of pots that I am thrilled to release into the wild. The Patron Saints series feels especially close to my heart. During this time of tremendous terror and upheaval in our world, my hope is that this work can bring some light into your life. Now more than ever, thank you so very much for your support, patience, humor, and enthusiasm on this I roller coaster ride that is the artistic process. I’m super duper humbled and eternally grateful for each of you! Happy spring, friends, from my heart to your homes.

  • Materials

All of my work is microwave and dishwasher safe. It can also be used in the oven if heated slowly (in order to avoid thermal shock). Glazes are verified non-toxic, lead-free, and food safe. My clay body is a groggy stoneware that is robust and durable. This clay is fully vitrified at cone 5, and I fire to a hot cone 6/cool cone 7. Any exposed clay in the design is verified food safe.

  • Returns/Exchanges

My ability to return/exchange is very limited. Every piece is made by hand and fired in small batches. Unique differences are inherent in this process. While I sometimes offer multiples of a design or "sets", each individual vessel is unique and truly one-of-a-kind. Thanks for celebrating the perfect imperfections inherent in this work.

  • Shipping

All items are shipped through USPS. Through USPS, you can choose either Ground Advantage, which is slightly cheaper and slower (3-5 business days), or Priority Mail, which is slightly more expensive and faster (1-3 business days).

    Local pickup is also available.
